"Based off the manga of the same name (drawn by MEE, if you've heard of Adventures of Kotetsu, that was another one of his work), Hyper Police has nice artwork with some unique character designs, interesting setting (modern looking city with futuristic planes), some nice tunes, and unique storyline(s). "
