Overview:
Dual, or Parallel Trouble Adventure Dual, is about the story of two worlds with two very different destinies, and the boy who crossed between them in order to save them. Kazuki Yotsuga can't seem to get those visions of giant robots and ruined cities out of his head. Because of this, he's a social outcast, ridiculed by many of his classmates. However, all that is about to change when he gets accidentally thrown into the alternate world he has been envisioning, and must pilot the very robot he has been seeing in order to save the alternate world and return to his own.

Some Characters of Note:

Kazuki Yotsuga : Dual's main character, and the unfortunate victim of an ability to see into the happenings of another parallel world - at least the giant robots, that is. Kazuki has launched a website in which he posts the stories of his vivid visions, but is unaware that his dream is about to become a definite reality. Though male, he is somehow able to pilot the only-female Core Robot pilots.

Mitsuki Sanada : Kazuki's only apparent admirer of his stories, Mitsuki is very interested in techology and fiction. She is the daughter of Ken Sanada and one of the most sought after women in her school. However, she mostly keeps to herself. Eventually, Mitsuki travels to the alternate world, arriving a month before Kazuki's appearance, and becomes a pilot for one of the Core Robots.

Ken Sanada : Father of Mitsuki. In Kazuki's home world, he is a poor mad scientist researching the field of parallel dimensions in order to prove his critics, and his main rival, Dr. Rara, wrong. In the alternate world, he is still a mad scientist, but also commander of the Earth Defense Force, and independant army, and the originator of the design for the Core Robots. Though he is somewhat of a hentai (pervert) he is still a very brilliant man and scientific observer.

Akane Yamano: Inspector in the United Nations, and somewhat of a supervisor for Ken Sanada and his independant Earth Defense Force. Strong-willed, and as hot-tempered as her Ranma 1/2 counterpart with the same name, Akane is known to get especially angry at Ken's seeming inability to take things seriously as well as his hentai tendancies. Nevertheless, she still supports the Earth Defense Force in their fight aainst the Rara army.
