"The mainstream of mainstream. The pop of pop.
Dragonball Z is definitely one of the most widely known
anime, mostly because of mainstream television licenses.
Dragonball Z tends to be a show geared towards a younger
audience, but there are some older viewers as well.
It also tends to be seen as a very childish and 'lacking'
anime, for multiple reasons. I am one of the tremendous
throng who range from disliking DBZ to despising it,
again for multiple reasons..."
