Take a sip when:

-Misato has a beer.
-Pen-Pen beats Shinji into the bathroom.
-Asuka yells at someone.
-Every time Asuka says Dummkopf or "Baka". (thanks to Nanaki for the correction)
-Gendo does something sinister and vague.
-A new "super powerful" angel appears.
-There is a bad physics joke.
-Kaji hits on Misato.
-Shinji calls Misato a slob or lazy.
-A river of blood appears.
-You see the image of Shinji as a child crying.
-An Eva is severely damaged.
-Shinji backs down.
-Someone dies in End of Evangelion
-Something is destroyed.
-Someone says LCL.
-There's a pseudo science moment. (It sounds like science but it really is fantastically impossible) -SOMETHING DOESN'T MAKE ANY DAMN SENSE!!!

Drink a Glass When:

-Shinji actually shows some balls.
-When someone starts having a breakdown.
-Kaworu says something well that can be considered kind of fruity.
-Asuka plays with Shinji's mind.
-Misato is not acting like a slob.
-You can see down Asuka's shirt.
-Someone or something (like an Eva) gets crucified.
-Shinji runs away.
-Asuka calls Rei a Bitch.
-Toji exposes himself.

Drink Some Unspecified Large Amount When:

-Asuka doesn't seem violent or whinny.
-Rei smiles.
-Misato isn't drinking at home.
-Gendo does something neither evil, nor mean.
-Shinji is very happy.
-Eva Unit 01 doesn't get totaled.
-An angel doesn't appear to cause trouble.
-Someone has complete faith in an Evangelion from first sight.
-You feel that you truly understand what The End of Evangelion means.
-Gendo puts on a top hat and uses a cane and does a soft shoe in Central Dogma.

-Every time Shinji gets embarassed over stupid things, drink a shot.

-Every time Shinji's friends say something about Misato being a babe, drink one shot.
-Every time you try to figure out why Unit 00 is blue and white all of a sudden, drink one shot.
-When Gendo says something pessimistic about the future of mankind, take a big drink to drown your sorrows.
-When you start to think that Rei has one hell of a martyr complex, do a few shots.
-Every time someone mentions the second impact, drink one shot.
-Every time the dead sea scrolls are mentioned, drink one shot.
-Whenever they show that bridge thingie in the geo-front, drink one shot.
-Whenever they show NERV headquarters from outside, drink one shot.

If you can sing all the lyrics to the theme song in Japanese without messing up, take a mouthful after you're done.

Whenever Misato chugs a beer, chug whatever you're drinking. Make sure to give a hearty whoop after drinking it.

Whenever a huge secret is revealed, finish your drink.

Whenever you see the Spear of Longiness, pour another drink.

When Ritsuko destroys the dummy plug system, count as many Reis as you can and take the equivalent number of sips as counted Reis.

Everytime you say "whoa.." or "holy ****" take a sip.

Every time an Angel makes contact with a child, whether it be mental or vocal, drink the person next to you's drink.

Finish your drink if you see the scene with the commanders playing ma jong.

When Misato and Kaji get it on, finish your drink, refill the cup, and chug that drink.

When anyone thinks about/remembers their mother, take a mouthful ---take two mouthfuls if the memories of a mother are pleasant instead of angst-ridden.

You have to drink until a red car appears blue to you.

When Kaworu reaches Lilith, take one mouthful to represent the first Angel Adam, then two to represent Lilith.

Finish your drink every time Fly me to the Moon is played. Afterall, a new episode requires a fresh drink! During Fly me to the Moon and Cruel Angel's Thesis, pause the tape and take a pee break. You'll probably need it!
